Brief: How can we make Albert Heijn’s customers

more loyal by offering something unique during their store visits?

Insight: Albert Heijn uses mostly dutch names, what if we honor our own flemish dialects.

Idea: We gave several products in the supermarket names of the dialect that is used in certain region. They then can be bought and scanned by the AH app to collect points and win a trip to a region they prefer.
